NAAAA Orlando Chapter

Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

These Sponsorship Terms & Conditions apply to all sponsorship purchases, partner packages, event sponsorships, and promotional sponsorship opportunities offered by the National Alliance of African American Athletes Orlando Chapter, referred to on this page as “NAAAA Orlando.”

1. Sponsorship Agreement

By purchasing a sponsorship package, the sponsor agrees to support NAAAA Orlando’s mission, events, student-athlete recognition initiatives, leadership development efforts, and community advancement programs. Sponsorship benefits are provided according to the package selected at the time of purchase.

2. Sponsorship Benefits

Sponsorship benefits may include logo placement, website recognition, event material placement, social media acknowledgment, event signage, verbal recognition, vendor opportunities, promotional mentions, or other benefits specifically listed in the selected sponsorship package.

Benefits are limited to the items described in the sponsor package purchased unless additional benefits are confirmed in writing by NAAAA Orlando.

3. Logo, Artwork, and Sponsor Materials

Sponsors are responsible for submitting high-resolution logos, approved brand assets, business information, and any requested promotional materials in a timely manner. NAAAA Orlando is not responsible for missed promotional placement caused by late, incomplete, incorrect, or unusable sponsor materials.

4. Approval of Sponsor Content

NAAAA Orlando reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or request changes to sponsor logos, advertisements, messaging, or promotional materials. Materials that conflict with the mission, values, youth-centered purpose, community standards, or reputation of NAAAA Orlando may be declined.

5. Payment Terms

Sponsorship payment is due at the time of checkout unless a separate written agreement has been approved by NAAAA Orlando. Sponsorship benefits begin after payment has been successfully processed.

Sponsorship fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds, credits, or substitutions may be considered at the sole discretion of NAAAA Orlando.

6. Event Changes or Cancellations

Event dates, times, venues, formats, and programming may be changed due to weather, venue availability, public safety concerns, scheduling conflicts, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond the control of NAAAA Orlando.

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, modified, or moved to a digital or alternate format, NAAAA Orlando may provide comparable sponsorship visibility, replacement recognition, or alternate promotional opportunities when reasonably possible.

7. No Guarantee of Business Results

Sponsorship is designed to provide community visibility, brand recognition, goodwill, and mission alignment. NAAAA Orlando does not guarantee sales, leads, impressions, customer acquisition, revenue, media coverage, or specific business outcomes as a result of sponsorship participation.

8. No Exclusivity

Unless specifically stated in writing, sponsorship does not provide category exclusivity. NAAAA Orlando may accept sponsors, partners, vendors, or supporters from similar industries or business categories.

9. Use of Sponsor Name and Logo

Sponsor grants NAAAA Orlando permission to use the sponsor’s name, logo, approved brand assets, and business information for sponsorship recognition, promotional materials, event marketing, website placement, social media promotion, and related communications connected to NAAAA Orlando initiatives.

10. Use of NAAAA Orlando Name and Branding

Sponsors may not use NAAAA Orlando’s name, logo, likeness, event branding, student-athlete images, or related intellectual property in advertisements, promotions, press releases, merchandise, or public statements without prior written approval from NAAAA Orlando.

11. Sponsor Conduct

Sponsors agree to conduct themselves in a professional manner that reflects positively on NAAAA Orlando, participating students, families, schools, partners, and the broader community.

NAAAA Orlando reserves the right to remove, limit, or terminate sponsor recognition if a sponsor’s conduct, public messaging, business practices, or affiliations are determined to conflict with the organization’s values, reputation, youth-centered mission, or community standards.

12. Student and Youth Protection

Sponsors agree to respect all youth protection standards, privacy expectations, event rules, and instructions provided by NAAAA Orlando. Sponsors may not directly solicit minors, collect student information, photograph students for commercial use, or use student names/images without proper permission and approval.

13. Taxes and Charitable Deductibility

Sponsorship payments may include promotional value and may not be fully tax-deductible as charitable contributions. Sponsors should consult their own tax, financial, or legal advisor regarding deductibility, reporting, and business expense treatment.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAAAA Orlando shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from sponsorship participation, event changes, promotional placement, or sponsor expectations.
